Pat Franco
Pat joined Santana Group in 2014 as Manager of Operational Excellence. In her position, Pat drives process enhancement and operational efficiency initiatives; ensuring a data driven and results oriented approach that supports successful execution of the company’s strategic objectives.
Pat brings over fifteen years of leadership experience with teams across the globe. A certified Black Belt in Six Sigma, Pat is highly skilled at leading an organization’s efforts towards continuous improvement. Her background includes over 25 years of improving operational processes in the outsourcing and manufacturing sectors.
Pat earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
German Zavala
German is responsible for the strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes and scorecard metrics for FORMA’s U.S. and Mexico operations.
German joined FORMA in 2022 and works closely with the senior leadership team. German’s background includes over 25 years of experience managing multi-plant operations, some with Fortune 500 companies. He has held a variety of Director level positions with General Cable Corp, Fujikura Automotive America, Carlisle Interconnect Technologies and the most recent position as General Manager with Carvana. His experience extends to Mexico, US and Latin America.
He currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Saltillo. His background also includes Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management certifications.
